FAQ

What is your turnaround time?
Orders for frames generally have a turnaround time of approximately 8 days. At busy times it may be longer but we will usually put a banner on the website with updated timeframes if it's a particularly busy time.

Orders for greeting cards are usually sent out same day or next day unless they are ordered with a frame.

Do you create bespoke designs?
Yes, most of the time I can create something unique for you but during busy periods of the year this isn't always possible. Please contact me to discuss your requirements and I'll let you know if I can do it and what the cost would be.

For medal frames, do I need to send my medal to you?
No, you don't need to send your medal to us. The medal frames are all self-fit and come with easy instructions on how fit the medal at home.

Will i get a chance to approve my artwork before it's sent out?
All frame orders are proofed out so you will be 100% happy with how it looks before it's posted out. For frame orders we will email you a proof of your design within 3-5 working days (at busy times it may take longer) for your approval, before printing and framing it. You will need to double check the information on it - spellings, dates etc. before printing. Once the artwork is approved i can't be held responsible for any errors that were present on the artwork at time of proofing (there will be a charge for any edits and reprints that are needed as a result).

Greeting card orders are not proofed out so please ensure you have inputted all the correct information before you add to cart.

How are orders sent out?
All frame orders are securely packaged in strong mailing boxes and sent out by tracked post with An Post. Cards are sent by standard post in a hard backed envelope. 

You will receive a notification email when your order has dispatched and you should receive your order within 2-3 working days of dispatch depending on your local postal service.

Unfortunately we do not deliver to anywhere outside of the island of Ireland at this time.

Do you post to Northern Ireland?
Yes we do! For Northern Irish orders please drop me an email before you order and i'll send you details on how to order because the website system unfortunately won't allow any UK postal addresses.

What is your delivery cost?
IRELAND (incl Northern Ireland): Flat rate charge of €7.50 no matter how many frames you order. Greeting cards have their own delivery rates depending on how many you are getting. 

Do you offer a collection service?
Yes, collection is available from the studio here in Kells, Co Meath. Just select 'pickup' instead of delivery when you're at the checkout and once you have gone through the artwork approval process we will arrange a day/time for you to collect your order. 

My item has arrived damaged
It rarely happens but if you do receive an item that was damaged during delivery please contact me as soon possible with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or cancellations for personalised frames or cards as they are made to order and cannot be resold.

Under EU consumer protection law, customers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised. As all of our products are custom-made and personalised to your requirements, they are exempt from the statutory 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period and cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the damaged item.

To initiate a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damage and the outer packaging.
  3. Once verified, a new item will be dispatched within 3 days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges as all items are made to order and personalised specifically for each customer.
