The Wishing Tree Studio gift card can be used on the website towards any item in the entire Wishing Tree Studio range, including the Frame My Medal range. They make a great gift for any occasion. The recipient can choose and personalise their own item from any of our product ranges. There is no expiry date.
Please enter the following details in the 'personalisation details' box:
• Who is the gift card for and who is it from?
• If you would like it to be sent directly to the recipient please provide their email or postal address
• Any message that you'd like to include on it
If you have chosen a digital gift card it will be emailed to you at the email address you've provided during normal business hours 9am-5pm.

Under EU consumer protection law, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
As all of our products are custom-made and personalised to your requirements, they are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal (cooling-off) period. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

All frame orders generally take 8-10 days. At busy periods it may be longer. If you need your order quite quickly please get in touch and we'll see if we can accommodate you. It may not be possible at busy times.
At certain times, our turnaround times will be extended. This will be displayed clearly in a banner at the top of the website.
Delivery is by An Post and is tracked. It is a flat rate of €7.50 no matter how many frames you order.
You'll receive a notification email when your order has dispatched and you should receive your order within 2-3 working days of dispatch.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to anywhere outside of the island of Ireland at this time. Deliveries to Northern Ireland are possible, please send us a message first.

Artwork is printed on premium quality archival matt paper. All frames are made of solid wood with a glass front and manufactured here in Ireland.

Regular size: 10" square, 1.7" deep
Large size (only available for a selection of products): 10x12", 1.7" deep.
Standard frames:
10x12" and 15mm deep

A3 size: 307mm x 430mm x 15mm deep

In order to preserve the colours of the print from fading over time, avoid placing the frame near direct heat or sunlight.
For safety reasons please don't hang frames above a baby's cot or child's bed.
